The Team

General Radiography (x-ray)

• Routine and emergency radiography services in the Main Hospital and Outpatient Centers (OPCs)
• Portable radiography

Ultrasound

• Portable ultrasound services available for inpatients
• Routine and emergency ULTRASOUND SERVICES  IN MAIN HOSPITAL  AND BBS BRANCH
• Echocardiography services to support the cardiac and cardiology clinics

Computed Tomography (CT)

• Main Hospital has 1 CT scan 128-slice and BBS BRANCH HAS  1 CT SCAN 64-slice
• CT scanners IN DEFINITION SIMENS
• Performing cross-sectional whole-body imaging including but not limited to trauma imaging and other diagnostic imaging procedures
• Specialized angiography procedures

Magnetic Resonance Imaging

• Main hospital has 1  MRI machine with a magnetic field strength of 1.5T
• Routine neurology, body, musculoskeletal imaging
• MRI Spectroscopy
• Special procedures –MR angiography, Diffusion Tensor imaging.

Interventional Radiology

• Precision Image guided procedures such as biopsies, pleural and ascitic tapping, percutaneous gastrostomy tube placement under the guidance of ultrasound, fluoroscopy and CT
• Percutaneous biopsies and drainages

Breast Imaging

• High quality breast ultrasound
• Imaging guided biopsy when required for diagnosis of detected breast lesions
